Dick Miller joined Catlin in June 2009 as Director of Finance and in May 2010 accepted the responsibility of CAO to oversee Catlin US’s Actuarial, Facilities, Human Resources, and IT departments. Prior to joining Catlin, he held a senior finance role with XL Insurance having joined that company early in its development and helped build its financial operations as it grew into a major specialty insurer. He is a MBA graduate from the University of Connecticut and has the following designations: CPA, CPCU and CLU.
