Catlin is a global provider of Aviation insurance and risk management services. Catlin US provides insurance for the General Aviation market through a partnership with W.Brown & Associates Insurance Services.

We participate in the U.S. General Aviation marketplace through an exclusive partnership with W. Brown & Associates Insurance Services (WBAIS) of Irvine, California. WBAIS, acting as our Managing General Underwriter, provides us an experienced underwriting team along with a total dedication to this highly specialized area of the insurance marketplace.

WBAIS can provide a market for Quota Share as well as 100 percent placements for Aircraft Hull and Liability; Airport Liability; Aviation CGL; Non-owned Aircraft Liability and Aviation Products Liability.

WBAIS maintains a production network of roughly 600 authorized brokers but all licensed brokers are invited to contact us to discuss making new submissions. Such brokers will either be offered an appointment of their own or may be referred to an intermediary firm as necessary.

Coverage is primarily offered on an admitted basis through Catlin Insurance Company, Inc. (A,XV) but Catlin Specialty Insurance Company support is also available where a non-admitted approach is appropriate for the risk.

• Non Owned Aircraft Liability: up to $300,000,000
• Aviation Products Liability: up to $300,000,000
• Airport Liability: up to $300,000,000

Aircraft Liability

• Charter & Industrial Aid: up to $300,000,000
• Pleasure & Business: up to $5,000,000
• Instruction & Rental: up to $1,000,000    (Limited to $100,000 Per Passenger)

General Liability (CGL): up to $300,000,000

• Hangar keeper’s Liability
• Products Liability
• Completed Operations

Agricultural Aircraft Liability

• Bodily Injury $100,000 / $300,000
• Property Damage $100,000
• Treated Crops $25,000 / $50,000

Admitted Mexican Insurance available for tourist and commercial aircraft use.
